How do I book?
Choose your trip and date, choose a shared trip or a private booking where both are offered, tell us how many guests are coming, then pay securely online. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment clears and a confirmation email is sent straight away.
What is the difference between shared and private?
On a shared trip you book seats and join other guests; the price is per person. A private booking is the whole boat (or the whole camp) for your group alone, at one price whatever the size of your group, up to the limit shown when you book.
Can I reserve without paying?
No. To keep seats fair for everyone, a place is only reserved once payment is complete. Unpaid holds are released automatically after a short time.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s secure page and never on this website.
Where can I see my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or sign in to My Account to see all your bookings and receipts.
Can children and infants come?
Each trip page says whether children and infants can join, and the prices for each. Children always travel with an adult, and every guest, including infants, takes a seat for safety.
What should I bring?
Each trip page lists what to bring and what is included. Your confirmation email repeats it.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens when a trip cannot run.
