Cancelled by us

To be written by the business owner: what happens when a trip cannot run because of weather, sea conditions or safety (for example a free new date or a refund).

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks can take several working days to show the refund.

How to cancel

Sign in to My Account and request a cancellation on the booking, or contact us with your booking reference.
