Terms & Conditions

Template text prepared for Burmae Adventures. It must be reviewed and completed by the business owner (and a legal adviser) before launch.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received through our online payment partners. Unpaid reservations are not held.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR). Where a payment method cannot charge in OMR, the amount and exchange rate are shown before you pay. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Shared and private trips

Shared trips are priced per person and run with other guests. Private bookings are priced per boat or per group, up to the number of guests shown at booking.

4. Children and infants

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Every guest, including infants, takes a seat and counts towards the boat’s capacity.

5. Safety

Guests must follow the crew’s instructions and wear a life jacket when asked. We may refuse participation where safety is in doubt.

6. Weather & changes

Trips may be changed, moved or cancelled for weather, sea state or safety reasons. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
